Class Descriptions 


1. HIIT
A high-intensity interval training class featuring short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery periods. Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories efficiently and build overall conditioning in a short, effective workout.


2. Bootcamp
A challenging mix of strength drills and cardio intervals that builds strength, improves endurance and increases overall fitness. Suitable for those looking for a structured, results-driven session.


3. Core Blast
A focused workout targeting the abdominals, obliques and lower back to develop core strength, stability and balance, supporting better posture and functional movement.


4. Body Pump
A barbell-based strength class that works all major muscle groups using high repetitions and light-to-moderate weights to improve muscular endurance, tone and strength.


5. Zumba – Ladies Only
A fun, dance-based cardio class set to upbeat music, designed to improve fitness, coordination and energy levels in a supportive ladies-only environment.


6. Step Aerobics
A classic cardio workout using a step platform to raise heart rate while improving coordination, agility and lower-body strength.


7. Elevate Circuit
A full-body circuit workout combining strength and cardio stations to improve muscle tone, stamina and overall fitness in a structured, progressive format.


8. Elevate Juniors Bootcamp
A fun and energetic class designed for younger members, combining simple strength exercises, movement drills and light cardio to build coordination, confidence and overall fitness in a safe, coached environment.


9. Elevate Juniors Circuit
A structured circuit-style class for children focusing on movement skills, balance and basic strength through a series of engaging stations designed to keep sessions active and enjoyable.


10. Reformer Pilates
A low-impact, equipment-based Pilates class focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture and controlled movement to improve balance, alignment and overall body strength.


11. Reformer Pilates – Ladies Only
A ladies-only reformer Pilates class offering the same focus on core strength, flexibility and posture in a comfortable, supportive environment.


12. Power Spin
A high-energy indoor cycling class focused on strength, speed and endurance, using resistance-based intervals to build power and improve cardiovascular fitness.


13. Max RPM
An intense, fast-paced cycling class emphasising high cadence, sprint work and minimal recovery, designed to challenge cardiovascular limits and maximise performance.
