Role Overview:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for members and guests at Elevate Fitness. This role is vital in setting the tone for the member experience, handling all front desk operations including check-ins, inquiries, bookings, and sales with professionalism and energy. The Receptionist supports gym operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and delivering high-quality service that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
• Manage member check-in/check-out and class bookings
• Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
• Support administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments
• Assist in promoting membership options and special offers

Role Overview:
The Admin / Membership Executive is responsible for managing all administrative processes related to member onboarding, renewals, and billing. This role plays a critical back-office support function while also being client-facing when needed. The role requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work across teams to ensure members have a smooth and seamless experience, both financially and operationally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new memberships, cancellations, upgrades, and renewals
• Track member payments, invoicing, and outstanding balances
• Maintain and update CRM system with accurate member data
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on membership trends and revenue
• Support reception and sales teams during peak times
• Ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance and secure handling of member records
• Assist with bulk communications and promotions
Accountabilities:
• Timely and error-free membership processing
• Financial record accuracy and reconciliation
• Clear, organised membership documentation and communications

The In-House Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering personalised fitness training and coaching to Elevate Fitness members. This role combines service excellence with expert fitness knowledge to support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals. Trainers are also expected to promote PT packages, provide general floor supervision, and represent the brand's premium training offering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personal training sessions tailored to individual member goals
• Perform client assessments, set fitness objectives, and track progress
• Provide support and advice to members on the gym floor
• Promote PT packages and drive new business through engagement
• Maintain professional, safe, and effective workout environments
• Assist in the delivery of small group sessions when required
• Keep training logs, update client notes, and ensure adherence to safety standards

The Gym Floor Coach is responsible for maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment on the gym floor. This role involves assisting members with equipment, ensuring proper usage, monitoring for safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The Gym Floor Coach also contributes to the energy and cleanliness of the gym, reinforcing Elevate Fitness’s premium standards and helping members feel confident and comfortable during their workouts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the gym floor and monitor member activity for safety
• Demonstrate correct equipment use and assist with form adjustments
• Greet and engage with members regularly to build rapport
• Support class transitions and ensure areas are set up/cleared as needed
• Maintain gym cleanliness including weight re-racking and wiping equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Assist in new member orientations and floor tours

• Prepare and serve drinks, smoothies, shakes, and light snacks to members and guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café counters, machines, and seating areas
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage cash/card payments
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Upsell supplements, snacks, and branded merchandise
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to members
• Support café promotions and seasonal offerings

• Monitor participant form and provide modifications as needed
• Track attendance and gather class feedback
