They conduct assessments, design tailored workout plans, and offer expert advice on the gym floor. Trainers also promote personal training packages and ensure a safe, motivating environment for all members.
The Gym Floor Coach ensures a safe and engaging environment for members. They assist with equipment use, monitor safety, and maintain cleanliness. This role also involves building rapport with members and supporting their fitness journey.
The Barista/Café & Retail Staff ensures smooth operations at our health café and retail area. Responsibilities include preparing drinks and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and promoting products. This role supports our community vibe by delivering friendly service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer engagement.

Role Overview:
The In-House Group Class Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and effective group fitness classes that align with the Elevate Fitness brand and programming. This role plays a key part in the member experience by building community, boosting motivation, and ensuring high-quality instruction across a variety of disciplines such as HIIT, strength, mobility, spinning, and wellness-based formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver scheduled group fitness classes with energy and professionalism
Create structured class plans with warm-up, core workout, and cool-down
Engage and motivate members during each session, ensuring safety and inclusivity
Monitor participant form and provide modifications as needed
Track attendance and gather class feedback
Collaborate with management to design new class formats or seasonal offerings
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of group training spaces

Attendance rates and member feedback
Consistent class delivery aligned with brand tone and training standards

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching group fitness classes
Certification in relevant fitness formats (e.g., Les Mills, Spinning, Yoga, Functional Training)
CPR/First Aid certification
Strong group facilitation and communication skills
Energetic presence and member-oriented mindset
Contractual Terms:
Full-time, 6-day week with fixed or rotating class schedule
Access to gym facilities
Uniform provided
30 calendar days annual leave
Notice period: 1 month
